Editorial nature of the site

What this site is, and is not.

Twin Flame Connect is an editorial publication. Articles, quizzes, calculators, and reports on the site reflect the editorial judgment of named writers, supported by published research and primary sources where applicable.

Nothing on the site constitutes professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Readers in distress, in connections involving harm, or in high-control coaching environments should consult a licensed mental-health professional or other qualified professional. The diagnostic instruments on the site are self-assessment tools and are not clinical instruments.

Use of content

Reading, sharing, citing.

Readers are welcome to read articles on the site, share links, and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Wholesale republication of articles is not permitted without prior written permission.

Original editorial content on the site is the copyright of Known by One, LLC except where otherwise noted. Quotations from third-party sources remain the property of their respective authors and publishers and are reproduced under fair-use principles where applicable.

Third-party links and recommendations

We link to other sites. They are their own.

Articles on the site link to third-party publications, books, studies, films, and tools. We do not control those external sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement of everything that site or product contains.

Some product links may earn the publisher a commission when a reader purchases through them. This is disclosed on each list and on our disclosures page. The commission does not affect editorial judgment.

User-submitted content

Email, tips, letters.

Letters to the editor and story tips submitted to Twin Flame Connect may be excerpted, paraphrased, or referenced in editorial content. We protect the anonymity of confidential sources where requested. We do not publish identifying details of readers without consent.

Synchronicity Journal

How the journal works, what it isn’t.

The Synchronicity Journal is a logged-in tool offered free of charge. Readers create an account using a magic-link sign-in, log entries describing synchronicities they notice, and receive AI-generated interpretations of those entries plus a weekly synthesis.

The interpretations are generated by a third-party AI model (DeepSeek) under editorial guardrails we maintain. They are informational reflections offered as journaling prompts, not professional, medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. They are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical care, or any professional consultation. We do not predict reunion timing, claim knowledge of what another person is feeling or thinking, diagnose mental-health conditions, or recommend specific actions toward another person.

For your safety: entries pass through a content-safety classifier before AI interpretation. If the classifier detects language describing self-harm, abuse the reader is experiencing, or acute crisis, the AI interpretation is skipped and the reader sees a panel of regional crisis-line resources instead. This is a defensive layer; it is not a clinical screening, and readers in crisis should reach out to a qualified crisis service rather than rely on a journaling tool. The crisis resources surfaced include 988 (US Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), Samaritans (UK/Ireland), Lifeline (Australia), and an international directory at findahelpline.com.

Readers are responsible for the content of their journal entries and for keeping their account credentials (the email inbox used for magic-link sign-in) secure. We may rate-limit excessive logging, suspend accounts misused for prompt injection or attempts to extract the AI’s underlying instructions, and discontinue the tool with reasonable notice.

Data handling for the journal — what we collect, how interpretations are processed, retention windows, export and deletion rights — is described in the Synchronicity Journal section of our privacy policy.

Disclaimers and liability

What we do not promise.

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that errors will be corrected immediately, or that the site or its servers are free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Readers in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protections retain the benefit of those protections.

Changes

We may update these terms when our practices or the legal landscape change. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
