Twin Flame Connect

33-question editorial self-assessment

Twin Flame, Soulmate or Karmic Quiz

Use questions about communication, boundaries, mutual effort, and preoccupation to reflect on a relationship. No name or birth date is needed, and the result is free without an email signup.

Your answers receive points across five editorial categories: true twin flame, karmic, companion soul, soulmate, and false twin flame. Separate reflection flags cover limerence and trauma-bond themes. The labels describe this site’s interpretation of your answers; they do not establish a spiritual bond or a diagnosis.

33 questions. Five possible patterns: a true twin flame, a karmic teacher, a soulmate, a companion soul, or a false twin flame. Plus two reflection flags — limerence and trauma-bonding — that can annotate any of them. These are editorial categories, not established relationship types.

What the questions ask about

  • Growth vs diminishment. Are you bigger or smaller because of the connection?
  • Effort symmetry. Who is doing the work?
  • Safety. What happens when you say no?
  • Reality vs interiority. Is the intensity coming from the connection, or from inside you?
  • Body signal. What does your nervous system do when you think of them?

Questions draw on themes discussed by Tennov and Carnes. We wrote the items, weights, and thresholds; they have not been clinically validated. The quiz may finish after twenty answers when a category receives at least half the points. A result cannot establish or rule out limerence, abuse, or a spiritual bond.

How the quiz scores your answers

Each answer adds points to one or more categories. The five category totals are divided by their combined total to produce the displayed percentages. A 60% result means 60% of the category points went to that label; it does not mean a 60% chance that the label is true. Display rounding can make the percentages add up slightly differently from 100%.

There are 33 questions. After question 20, the quiz ends early if one category has at least half of the points. Otherwise it continues to question 33. This cutoff is an editorial rule, not evidence that a shorter result is statistically reliable.

The two reflection flags use separate scores. A flag appears when its score reaches 60% of the maximum available for the questions answered. An absent flag cannot rule out distress or harm. The weights, thresholds, and tie order are described in our scoring methodology.

Which tool fits your question?

Use this quiz for prompts about behavior and your experience of the relationship. Use the name and birth-date calculator for a numerology interpretation. If unwanted thoughts, checking, and uncertainty are your main concern, the limerence test focuses on those themes. These tools use different inputs and rules, so their results need not agree.

For definitions before answering, read the twin flame, soulmate, and karmic comparison. Whatever the result, another person’s stated wishes and your own safety matter more than an assigned label.

Questions about the quiz

Can this quiz tell me whether someone is my twin flame or soulmate?
No. It assigns points to editorial categories based on your answers. Those categories are not established relationship types, and a result cannot verify destiny, another person's feelings, compatibility, or relationship safety.
Why did the quiz end after 20 questions?
The quiz has 33 questions but stops after 20 if one category has at least 50% of the accumulated category points. This is a rule we chose, not a validated measure of confidence. Otherwise, you answer all 33 questions.
Is a high percentage proof that the result is accurate?
No. Percentages show how this tool distributes points, not the probability that a relationship label is true. The questions, weights, and thresholds have not been clinically validated. A close split can reflect how the scoring rules treat your answers.
Is the quiz free, and what happens to my answers?
The result is free and requires no email signup. Completed answers are encoded in the result link, so anyone with that link can reconstruct them. Completion data, including answers for score verification, is sent to our server; the completion log stores result fields, a hashed IP address, and limited browser information, not individual answers. Analytics records completion and result categories. Optional email-result requests store additional submitted data as described in our privacy policy.
